We at Kabina Kennels do not
take the responsibility of bringing
puppies into this world lightly.
Puppies are living, breathing
creatures who have inherent
worth. For this reason we ask
questions and require references
whether we are placing a puppy
or an adult with a family.
Puppies are a huge responsibility.
Everyone in the family must be
prepared to take on the chores of
training and caring for the needs of the
dog. Britts are wonderful dogs but they
are high energy and require a significant
amount of time to train appropriately.
Britts are NOT good when left alone as
they are a very people oriented breed.
Left in a yard alone a Brittany will
escape, dig and destroy property.
If you fulfill their needs for activity,
you will never find a more loyal
friend. Where ever you decide to get
your new friend from please be sure
to do your homework. Visit with a
Brittany and take stock of your home
environment. If you expect to leave
the dog home alone for a significant
part of the day, a Brittany is not the
best dog for you.
We currently have no dogs or puppies available at this time.
If you are trying to decide or have decided that a Brittany is the dog for you we would be happy to help you find your next family member. You can contact us at: kabinakennels@gmail.com

Please Consider a Rescue First!

Callie a special needs dog is available in conjunction with American Brittany Rescue. Callie is approximately 10 years old. She has Cushing's disease which is controlled by medication. It does not slow her down and she still acts like a puppy and loves to be with her pack and people. She gets along well with children and dogs big and small. She would do well in a home with low activity level, where she is walked regularly.
